Beth H. Zuckerberg
Beth's practice encompasses all aspects of property and casualty litigation, with special emphasis on premises liability and personal injury. Due to this scope of practice, Beth is adept at analysis of complex medical and legal causation issue, and working with insurance companies to maximize recovery.
While the main focus of Beth's practice is casualty work, she is also proficient at practicing bad faith and complex commercial litigation for clients in Arizona and nationally, and has recently expanded her practice to include aspects of estate planning, trusts and estates.
Beth and her husband live in North Phoenix with their daughter.
