Joseph P. McGurk

Joe is an experienced litigation attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial, small business, real property and construction litigation.

Joe is licensed both in Arizona and New York, where he was a partner in a small Long Island based litigation firm. Before joining the firm as an associate attorney, Joe successfully litigated complex class action construction defense cases for a large multi-state firm, and most recently was an associate with a midsized downtown Phoenix firm.

Joe is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a B.A. majoring in political science. Joe lives in Tramonto with his wife Michele, their two dogs and cat.
