Becky MacMillan is Of Counsel with the firm. She has extensive litigation, business, corporate, and administrative law experience.

Becky graduated Phi Beta Kappa and With Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1977, and from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1982. Before moving to Arizona, she practiced law in Wyoming for 21 years with the firm of Pence and MacMillan, eventually becoming senior member of the firm.

She and her husband, Hoke, also an attorney, live in Anthem. They have two grown children.
